The Wines of Portugal Tasting Rooms located in Porto and Lisbon started this July the thematic wine tastings program. Through this places, promoted by ViniPortugal, will pass by producers from different wine regions of the country with their special projects and wines. The wine tastings are carried out complying with all the safety and health recommendations, in a renovated place adapted to a limited number of 10 people in Porto and 15 people in Lisbon. Registrations are required through the e-mail of provas.salaporto@viniportugal.pt or by calling 223 323 072 in the case of Porto Tasting Room. To participate in the wine tastings of Lisbon Tasting Room, contact provas.salalisboa@viniportugal.pt or 213 420 690. Located in Porto and Lisbon, this places offer, in addition to the commented wine tastings with renowned winemakers and producers, other options like the following wine tastings: Port Wines, Portugal a Country of Fortified Wines, Out of the Box Wines, Sparkling Wine Tasting and iconic Wines from Portugal. Each visitor is invited to purchase a consumption card that allows them to taste different wines. Among the available references are the wines awarded with Grand Gold and Gold medals in the Wines of Portugal Challenge last year, Rare and Special Wines, made with indigenous grape varieties or using vinification methods such prolonged fermentation on skins and Fortified Wines, such as Ports, Madeira , Moscatel de Set\u00fabal and Douro.
