68 was the number of Portuguese wines awarded in the last edition of Vinalies international challenge.<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Portugal achieved 20 gold medals and 48 silver medals. Porto and Douro wines won most of gold medals. The challenge also awarded other Portuguese wine regions as Alentejo, Pen\u00ednsula de Set\u00fabal, Bairrada, Lisboa, D\u00e3o and Tejo. The challenge is organized by the French Winemakers Union every year and was held in Paris. More than 3,000 wines were tasted by an international panel of more than 100 wine judges.
