The Moscatel Roxo de Setúbal Venâncio da Costa Lima 2013 was considered the best muscat in the 17th edition of the French competition “Muscats du Monde” with the maximum classification among the 214 muscats from 25 countries. In the TOP 10 of the 2017 Best Muscats du Monde, Portugal is still represented by two more muscats. The Moscatel Roxo 5 years of Bacalhôa and the Moscatel Roxo Pioneiro 2013, also from Venâncio da Costa Lima, received the Gold Medal and is among the 10 best in competition.
