Founded in 1996, ViniPortugal is the Interprofessional Organisation of Portuguese Wine, recognised by order of the Ministry of Agriculture, and is the managing entity of the Wines of Portugal brand. Its mission is to promote the quality and excellence of Portuguese wines.

Four Portuguese wineries distinguished on Top 100 of Wine & Spirits magazine

The magazine Wine & Spirits distinguished 4 Portuguese producers, from several wine regions of Portugal, in the Top 100 of the best producers in the world

Ramos Pinto, Blandy’s Madeira, Broadbent and José Maria da Fonseca were the Portuguese wineries awarded in the event Wine & Spirits’ 2020 Top 100 wineries. Wine & Spirits Top 100 Tasting Event honors those wineries from around the world that delivered the best overall performances in W&S tastings throughout the year. The exclusive blind tasting process revealed this diverse collection of producers from around the globe and honor them for their outstanding wines. For the first time in 17 years, these wineries will be celebrated with a virtual event. More info here.
